Heart and Sol Yoga is a boutique style studio, offering yoga classes, sound baths, Reiki and Shamanic Energy healing work. Sessions are offered in public group settings, private groups, and one-on-one. The space was created to offer an intimate little sanctuary filled with love. Using modalities such as breathwork, yoga, energy work and creative workshops to allow you to find your inner peace. It is Liz's heartfelt wish that we can all expand our loving vibrations out into the world and shine a lot brighter.
